APSOSECAT (The Catalan Association for Deafblind People) is a non-profit organization created in 1999 by parents of deafblind children. Only in Catalonia there may be up to 38.000 people with deafblindness.
APSOCECAT has 100 volunteers, amongst which specialized educators, logopedists, specialists in social integration, guides and interpreters of sign language, programmers, translators and psychologists, all supported by part-time professionals.
